Empire Lawsuit after Lawsuit Time does not wait for anybody! It seems like it was just yesterday when Fox announced their new  Empire TV series .  2014 is when it all officially began: On May 12, 2014 Empire was born.  Less than two years later the series can't seem to stay out of trouble. Empire lawsuits are becoming more-and-more common.  Many of these lawsuits involve the creators of the Empire TV show. Lee Daniels  compared Empire's Terrence Howard to actor's Marlon Bando and Sean Penn in a recent interview.   Daniels was defending Howard who's been plagued by claims of physical abuse against women: “That poor boy, ain’t done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he’s some fuckin’ demon,” the lawsuit quotes Daniels as saying. “That’s a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America.” Daniels was referring to Penn's marriage to Madonna which was plagued by stories of Penn's abuse.   Madonna: ...
