Report: Tom Brady Lawyers Up With NFL Nemesis Jeffrey Kessler For Appeal

Tom Brady has added Jeffrey Kessler to his legal counsel for the appeal of his four-game suspension. Brady, with the backing of the union, filed his appeal last week. The New England Patriots recently announced that they would not appeal their punishment in the aftermath of the Deflategate scandal. Kessler is known to keep Rodger Goodell in check. In 2011, Kessler and Brady teamed to file a lawsuit against the NFL to rule the lockout illegal. The following video shows Kessler discussing Winston's team of Sports Attorneys. This video provides information on Kessler's 2014 antitrust lawsuit against the NCAA and five major conferences. Kessler is seeking competition and free agency in college sports.

SWITZERLAND - Nine FIFA officials have been arrested in connection with an FBI investigation. Key FIFA sponsors that contribute to that sum immediately became the target of scrutiny on Wednesday when the United States Department of Justice unsealed a 47-count indictment that charged the nine FIFA officials and five sports marketing executives with racketeering, wire fraud and money-laundering. FIFA sponsors expressed concern about the organization's corruption allegations. Visa, Inc. The Wall Street Journal reports , Visa stated that the investigations could end its agreement, which runs until 2022. Visa advised FIFA to take swift and immediate steps to clean up its act. Coca-Cola Coca-Cola stated the "lengthy controversy has tarnished the mission and ideals of the FIFA World Cup and we have repeatedly expressed our concerns about these serious allegations." Call of Action The murder of DLA Piper associate David Messerschmitt remains unsolved. We cannot allow this mystery to go unresolved. Law Professor Dan Markel was gunned down in Tallahassee, FL seven months ago. He left behind two children. The police have not named a suspect nor said why he would have been targeted for murder. Over the last century, 14 prosecutors have been murdered. Despite the fact Messerschmitt was not a prosecutor, he was a Suited Gladiator. Other lawyers have been the target of violence in the past.
