Military Judge Won't Dismiss Bergdahl Case Due To Trump Remarks
Donald Trump repeatedly called Bergdahl a traitor on the campaign trail — remarks he recently alluded to when Bergdahl pleaded guilty. Bergdahl's lawyers said that constituted unlawful influence.
