Supreme Court Justice Scalia dies, at 79, during hunting trip.  Associate Justice Antonin Scalia died of apparent natural causes while he was at a luxury resort located in West Texas.  Justice Scalia was a legal genius who will never be forgotten!

Federal officials say Justice Scalia was found dead at the Cibolo Creek Ranch located in the Big Bend region.  Scalia arrived at the ranch on Friday, February 12, 2016 and attended a private party.  When he did not appear for breakfast on Saturday morning, a ranch associate went to his room when they found Justice Scalia's body.

It is very difficult to believe that the influential Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia's dead.  Justice Scalia passed away while he was sleeping during a visit to Texas.  Judge Scalia dies at 79 yet he will be remembered forever.

Who Will Replace Scalia?

Justice Scalia dies in his sleep leading many to ask: Who will replace Scalia?  Justice Scalia's death led to an immediate conversation regarding whether President Barack Obama should attempt to fill the seat in an election year.

On Saturday night, President Obama announced that he will be nominating a replacement despite the argument that a nomination should be postponed until the next president is elected.  Democrat Harry Reid argues that the seat should be filled immediately.
