Obamacare has done it again.  In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court saved Obamacare, the health care law that President Barack Obama will certainly be remembered for. The Supreme Court held that the Affordable Care Act authorized federal tax credits for eligible Americans living not only in states with their own exchanges but also in the 34 states with federal marketplaces. Republicans in Congress are moving toward a plan to use a special budgetary process to repeal Obamacare.  Since last year's elections, Mitch McConnell has proposed using budget reconciliation to repeal substantial portions of the law.

The Supreme Court's 5-4 ruling Friday that the Fourteenth Amendment requires all 50 states to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples led to reactions from numerous religious groups. SWITZERLAND - Nine FIFA officials have been arrested in connection with an FBI investigation.  Key FIFA sponsors that contribute to that sum immediately became the target of scrutiny on Wednesday when the United States Department of Justice unsealed a 47-count indictment that charged the nine FIFA officials and five sports marketing executives with racketeering, wire fraud and money-laundering.  FIFA sponsors expressed concern about the organization's corruption allegations. Visa, Inc. The Wall Street Journal reports , Visa stated that the investigations could end its agreement, which runs until 2022.  Visa advised FIFA to take swift and immediate steps to clean up its act. Coca-Cola Coca-Cola stated the "lengthy controversy has tarnished the mission and ideals of the FIFA World Cup and we have repeatedly expressed our concerns about these serious allegations." Eventful Morning Swiss authorities, working in conjunction with United States officials, arrested seven top soccer officials in Zurich on federal corruption charges.  Swiss law enforcement officials, dressed in plainclothes, arrived at the Baur au Lac hotel on Wednesday morning as leaders of FIFA gathered for their annual meeting. The Baur au Lac is a 171-year-old five-star hotel in downtown Zurich.  During the early hours of Wednesday morning, law enforcement officials approached the hotel's front desk, where they presented government documents and demanded he room numbers of numerous soccer officials.
